About our Founder - David Lai
With over 25 years of hands-on experience across all stages of development and construction, I founded this company with one clear goal: to make project delivery seamless, efficient, cost-effective, and stress-free for my clients. For the past 19 years, I served as Head of Commercial Projects Delivery at Goodman Group, where I had the privilege of leading projects across multiple sectors, totalling more than $2 billion. Each presenting unique challenges giving me a comprehensive understanding of the key factors that drive successful project outcomes. Through these projects, I’ve developed proven management tools and techniques that ensure consistently successful outcomes.
Strategic Advisor - Stephen Hawkins
Stephen has extensive experience in the real estate sector in both investments and developments. He has over 35 years experience in real estate and funds management and completed more than $3 billion of transactions throughout Australia, Japan, china and Southeast Asia.
Stephen co-founded LOGOS (now part of ESR) establishing the South-East Asia platform. Prior to LOGOS he held senior roles within Goodman Group where he established the Asia offices and spearheaded Goodman's expansion into Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Japan. Stephen also pioneered the listing of Singapore's first industrial S-REIT, Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust.
