■ Relocation strategy — Assist clients in developing and executing effective relocation strategies.

    and coordination of comprehensive project documentation.

    throughout the design phase.

■ Consultant identification & engagement — Identify all required planning consultants; 

    review and manage scope and fee proposals.

■ Approval documentation — Coordinate the preparation of all planning approval documentation.

■ Statutory liaison — Liaise with relevant statutory authorities, adjoining property owners 

    and property managers.

■ Planning approvals — Obtain required planning approvals including Complying Development 

    Consent, Development Application and SSDA Approval.

■ Consent conditions management — Review consent conditions and prepare a comprehensive 

    consent approval matrix to manage ongoing compliance.


Builder Engagement

Selecting the right builder is one of the most consequential decisions in any project. 

Our structured, rigorous process protects clients from risk and drives the best commercial outcome.


■ Procurement strategy — Coordinate builder engagement through Traditional 

    Tender or Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) — selecting the right strategy for your project.

■ Tender package preparation — Compile comprehensive tender packages including Tender 

    Particulars and Tender Documents; offer access to a diverse network of qualified contractors.

■ Tender evaluation — Conduct builder interviews and evaluations; review and analyse cost 

    submissions in detail; undertake subcontractor review and cost analysis.

■ Value engineering — Facilitate and contribute to value engineering workshops to optimise 

    cost with out compromising quality.

■ Builder assessment — Assess proposed site access strategies, construction methodologies, 

    and evaluate builder capabilities including financial standing and resources.

■ Tender report & recommendation — Deliver a comprehensive tender submission 

    presentation to the client covering tender submissions, cost analysis, programme analysis, 

    builder and subcontractor analysis, and recommendations.

■ Contract execution — Prepare construction contracts, lead builder negotiations, finalise all 

    building contract documentation and support execution of the Building Contract.

Construction Administration

As appointed Superintendent, we manage every aspect of project delivery — cost, quality, 

safety and programme — with a hands-on approach and unwavering client focus.


■ Superintendent services — Act as appointed Project Superintendent throughout project 

    delivery in accordance with the building contract.

■ Safety & quality management — Maintain a high level of focus on Safety Plans, Quality 

    Assurance review procedures and procurement processes throughout the project.

■ Certifier engagement — Support the engagement of Private Certifier including review of 

    scope and fee proposals; coordinate Construction Certification requirements.

■ Claims & variations management — Review, assess and approve builder progress claims 

    and variation submissions; develop and monitor project cashflow.

■ Programme monitoring — Monitor and review builder programme and deliverables 

    including milestones and staging; provide mitigation strategies and acceleration solutions 

    where required.

■ Site inspections & reporting — Conduct regular site inspections; provide weekly 

    summary progress reports; facilitate Project Control Group meetings.

■ Change management — Support the client in assessing the time and cost impacts 

    of any proposed changes during construction.

■ Separate contractors — Manage any separate contractors outside of the main 

    building contract.

■ Occupation Certification — Coordinate requirements for Occupation Certification; 

    manage the handover and commissioning process; assist in obtaining Occupation 

    Certification.

■ Final deliverables — Review final project deliverables including Operation & 

    Maintenance Manuals and as-built documentation.

Post Project Completion

Our commitment doesn't end at handover. We remain engaged to ensure a seamless 

transition and lasting satisfaction.


■ Defects identification & rectification — Identify building defects and oversee builder 

rectification works; provide a comprehensive defects register.

■ Relocation coordination — Assist and coordinate client relocation to ensure smooth 

transition and operational continuity.

■ Building management support — Support the building management team through 

ongoing coordination and regular meetings.

■ Compliance management — Ensure compliance with all post-completion authority 

approval conditions.

■ Continuous improvement — Conduct client reviews and gather feedback to enhance 

satisfaction and improve future project outcomes.
